Israeli-Palestinian -American Youth Connect Live : Listen in the archives to an international discussion with youth from Israel, Palestine and the U.S., all talking about their daily lives.

April 13, 2009 – RT brought  together a group of Jewish and Palestinian young adults, from the 8th and 9th grades, who have been working together in a long-term process of building acquaintance and partnership for nearly three years.  The group is made up of Palestinians from Bethlehem, Jewish Israelis from Tel Aviv and Palestinian citizens of Israel from Jaffa. In the U.S. there will be five young adults from the Portland, Oregon area, covering a diversity of backgrounds and religions – Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Palestinian and Indian.

We would like to thank the organization Windows for assisting us with this project. Windows – Channels for Communication (Windows) is a non-profit organization made up of Jews and Palestinians from Israel and Palestinians from the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT). Established in 1991, Windows promotes acquaintance and understanding between people from both nations in order to empower participants to work together towards positive change.
